Founded in 2018 in Melbourne, Codeology are a social enterprise with 15+ years experience in creating medical information technology solutions that are simple, clear, and concise.

Our experienced team of software developers, IT consultants, health informaticians and visual designers specialise in digital health and believe that collaboration, consistent communication, and transparency all add up to a building a great product.

We have a proven track record of delivering effective solutions to research institutions, hospital departments and private specialist clinics. We have worked with partners at The Universities of Melbourne and Sydney and public hospitals to successfully implement a range of software-driven projects to enhance clinical and research activities.

This includes cardiology-specific applications such as automating cardiovascular risk calculations, electronic decision support for hypertension diagnosis and management and patient reported outcome measurement for international trials of cardiovascular medications.

In addition to providing a high standard of service to the healthcare sector, we value diversity and offer training and support solutions to Disability Support Services and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.

Interfacing with Genie Solutions Practice Management Software, our sidebar application presents the clinician with real-time decision support based on the patient's most recent recorded lab-values including:

This application is also available in a standalone format where lab values and relevant diagnostic information can be entered in manually

ClinRes - Clinical Research Database

A secure web-application for building and managing clinical research data.

CREDIS - Fundus lesion annotation tool

Software to facilitate the assessment of monitoring of diabetic eye disease and communication between multi-disciplinary care team members. The software can also be used in the training of retinal graders.

Patient Reported Measurement

An accessible and multi-lingual Patient-reported outcome and experience measurement tool.

Auditing and analysis of existing systems. Installation and integration of new platforms into your existing clinic environment, including procurement, networking, installation and data security.
